Problem:
Refrigeration systems needs high efficiency heat exchangers, these heat exchanges have to be constantly supplied with cooling water. Any disruption of cooling water leads to heat exchanger failure and a permanently damages the heat exchanger.
Solution:
By using Mukund make Flowtech flow switches, this problem could be overcome. The flow switch is installed on cooling water line for heat exchanger.
Field Case:
- Flowtech flow switches installed on heat exchange required cooling water constantly, the cooling water line is constantly monitored with Flowtech flow switch. Any discrepancy in cooling water supply to the heat exchanger triggers a alarm in DCS & subsequently corrective action is initiated by the DCS.
